Apple Strudel with a Twist
Imagine the quiet of an evening and a plate that smells like everything good in life. Nothing complicated… just an apple and raisin pie, a scoop of salted caramel ice cream, and a drizzle of honey over it all. Yet, there’s something in that combination that completely disarms you.
The puff pastry rustles under the fork, the apples are soft and juicy, the raisins appear from the background like a pleasant surprise, and the scoop of salted caramel ice cream melts gently, a tender answer to all that sweetness. Altogether, it feels like a small hedonistic plan that needs no explanation.

Pero bueno… que se me habÃa pasado esta maravilla. Qué colorido!!! Es increÃble como un plato puede transmitir tanto una estación. Este apple strudel es puro otoño. Me transmite mucho sabor y calidez, como esa chaqueta de lana con la que nos cubrimos en el instante que se levanta el primer viento fresco tras el verano. Qué delicia, Lana. Me encantan las fotos
