Hi, I’m here to learn as many things as I can, I am a very curious person and I mainly want to learn about pastry and ice cream. Here you have a picture of our coconut gelato. I’m so grateful that I found this place where there is so much info and good vibe!
They say: do what you like and you will never need to work one day in your life! And I could not agree more ❤️🍦🍪🎂🍰

@sipping-station Hi @sipping-station Welcome to the community! 😊 So happy to have you here — and we’d love to hear more about your business! What do you make or specialize in?
As for your question — it’s a great one!
Full cream (also called heavy cream or full-fat cream) usually contains 35–40% fat and is the base product. You can use it in both sweet and savory recipes.
Whipped cream is what you get after wipping full cream with air until it becomes light and fluffy. So, the main difference is that whipped cream is a preparation, and full cream is the ingredient used to make it.
Let us know what you’re working on — pastry, gelato, both? 👩🍳🍦

And yes — that quote truly hits home. When you’re doing what you love, every step becomes meaningful (and way more fun 🍦).
Your coconut gelato looks creamy and super well-textured — beautiful job! Have you already explored our ice cream courses? There are several styles and techniques covered — I’d love to know which one caught your attention the most!
