Kevin Godbee posted an update Ribeye Steak With Mashed Potatoes, Mushrooms, Broccoletti, Carrots, and French Beans. I have to admit that like many Americans I often think of steak as “American food”. That’s probably because I grew up with it at home, and you can find it in restaurants specializing in American cuisine. However, it is quite prominent in all or most western and latin cultures. Argentina and Brazil have a huge steak culture, and so does Australia and New Zealand. Let’s not forget the French Steak Frites, and Wagyu from Japan. There’s too many other countries to name them all, so no offense if I left you out. Wendy Maritza Guzman Del Castillo, Estefania Lozano Ragel and 3 others2 Comments-
Level:Scoolinary Team Beautifully executed plate—clean lines, great sear on the ribeye, and the mushrooms add a rich, earthy finish without overpowering. Your reflection on steak’s global presence is spot on; it’s a canvas every culture paints differently. 1-
