      At one point, the whole scene became too funny not to capture… my husband stirring the ajvar in perfect rhythm with Balkan music. The spoon moved like a conductor’s baton, the ajvar bubbled like it was dancing, and I couldn’t resist filming it. Suddenly, our humble ajvar session looked like a dramatic scene from a movie about passion, fire, and paprika.

          @soldamiani Haha, I love that connection between food and music! I swear, the ajvar was keeping the rhythm better than most bands I’ve heard live. 😄
          The final taste? Let’s just say it danced on the tongue… fiery, deep, and unapologetically Balkan. But I’ll admit, the music definitely helped unlock that extra layer of soul.

          Maybe next year I should try your style, add a little bachata swing and see if it picks up a Latin accent. 😁
