• Sunday Lunch for 2

Well, yesterday i found a good deal on croacker and clams, at my local supermarket. Today i used them to prepare some nice medaglioni (similar to ravioli) from scratch. Here we go:

Medaglioni with an oriental inspired croaker stuffing (soy and turmeric), croaker lime tartare on top, a dense broth made with veggies, clams and the croaker trimmings, capers.

It was really good, mineral and savoury, but i think i will not use capers again on this dish.

      Peace ⭐❤️

This looks absolutely divine. That golden sauce just draws you in. I love how you always manage to turn humble ingredients into something that feels like a quiet Sunday celebration. And honestly, I’d keep the capers… they give it character 😄

This is such a thoughtful and elevated Sunday lunch—those medaglioni are beautifully shaped and perfectly coated in that rich, golden broth. The lime croaker tartare on top adds brightness, and the choice of soy and turmeric brings a bold, unexpected twist.

Completely get your note on the capers—sometimes less is more when the broth already sings. Would love to see what variation you try next time. Brilliant work! 👏🌊🍴
