Para terminar el dia he hecho un filet mignon con mantequilla y romero, para acompañar unas patatas al horno con sal, pimienta, un poco de aceite de oliva y romero, las patatas van acompañada con un poco de alioli, No es la mejor foto porque no me ha dado tiempo a hacerla mejor.

¡Qué rico cierre de dÃa, EstefanÃa! El filete con mantequilla y romero suena súper aromático, y las papas con alioli son un acompañamiento que nunca falla. La foto transmite muy bien la idea, aunque digas que no tuviste mucho tiempo.
¿Sueles preparar el filete en sartén o también te gusta hacerlo al horno para darle otro toque?
