      Hace unos dias me puse con un bizcocho de chocolate con ron y almendras…lo bañe con chocolate derretido en crema de leche…como una tarta mojada…

          Chocolate,ron y almendras es una combinación deliciosa de sabores y se ve que te quedó muy bueno. ¿Usaste algún chocolate con un porcentaje alto de cacao para bañarlo y darle un poco más de carácter al sabor?

          • Use un chocolate 60% de cacao ecuatoriano, la proxima vez espero usar un mayor porcentaje y mucha menos cantidad de crema de leche o solo un poco de leche condensada…
