Have cooked mousse Barbie cake from Mousse Desserts by @dina-alsina-perez. Very soft, mild flavor. Used watermelon juice instead of red dye, orange zest instead lemon zest, added cakes from both sides ) As for glaze – really wanna make its layer way finer than here 😅

It looks really soft, and I think it’s super creative to use watermelon juice and orange zest instead of the usual ingredients I’m sure it gave it a unique fresh twist.
Tell us, what did you like the most about the result: the flavor, the texture, or the combination of aromas?

That looks like such a fun and creative twist on the mousse cake, Artur! 🎂👏 I like how you played with natural flavors — watermelon juice instead of dye and orange zest for a softer citrus touch. The texture inside looks smooth and light.
The glaze is always the tricky part 😅 — but honestly, it gives it a homemade charm. Next time you could try pouring it at a slightly cooler temperature to help it set thinner.
Did you enjoy the flavor balance with watermelon juice? It sounds super refreshing! 🍉✨-
@soldamiani it was very fresh and tender – both taste and aroma
