      Tonights dinner was made from the Thai Cuisine course from @intu-on-kornnawong . Here is my version of Lamb massaman curry. I have never had it made with lamb shanks before, it has always been the takeaway food shops version made with beef cubes. I like this one better.

        • @sussan_scoolinaryteam Thank you for your kind comments, Both the overall flavour and the texture of the two different protiens lend their own to the dish. The lamb shanks were delicious in their own right, the beef chunks in the original recipe make for a richer tasting sauce. It’s hard to decide which version I like the most.

          That’s a really cool twist on Massaman. I like how you’ve gone from the “standard” takeaway version with beef cubes to slow-cooked lamb shanks.

          • @lanamihajlovic Thanks for your words of encouragement. Sadly this was not my idea to substitute the beef for lamb shanks as it was part of the recipe, I wish it was my idea as it was delicious.
