      “Desert Emerald”

      “An emerald within the Lut Desert; Kerman’s Kashk-e Kadoo reimagined, where the fresh green of zucchini breaks the golden silence of the desert.”

      A harmony of delicate textures, artistic garnishes, and a cloud-like kashk sauce, bringing an authentic taste in a contemporary form.

      (Kashk-e Kadoo is a traditional and simple dish from Kerman(Lut Desert), made with cooked zucchini, onions, garlic, and spices, then topped with kashk (fermented whey), mint oil, and sometimes walnuts. It offers a mild flavor and a soft texture, served either as a light main course or an appetizer)
