      Seared Ahi Tuna with Spicy Dipping Sauce over Arugula. The arugula is tossed in a Japanese citrus dressing of iyokan juice, grapefruit juice, soy sauce, yuzu juice, blood orange, and lemon juice. Everything was bursting with flavor and you couldn’t stop eating it.
