Wow Sol… Thank you for recognizing not only the dishes, but also the stories, aromas, and memories I put into every plate.
Thank you for seeing everything behind the camera and the dish… the scents from my childhood, those moments when I wait for the sauce to thicken just right, and the butterflies before a challenge when I think, “Will I make it?”
For me, Scoolinary is so much more than a school. It’s a culinary family that dares you to step outside your comfort zone and try things you never imagined you would.
I’m grateful to be part of this inspiring community where laughter, knowledge, and creativity spill from one plate to the next.

P.S. I didn’t buy an ice cream maker. My dear neighbors bought it for me after they tried ice cream made without a machine, and heard about the difficulty of the process. 😂 Now I’m condemned to forever prepare ice cream for neighbors 😂😂😂
