        Your tart looks absolutely beautiful the colors are really well balanced, and those golden chanterelles have such a gorgeous shine. The flowers add a lovely, delicate touch. Have you tried lightly caramelizing the chanterelles to add another layer of texture and contrast? You’re working at such a high level, and it truly shows! I’d love to keep seeing more of your amazing creations.

              You’re absolutely right — in this tart, green was more of a subtle touch rather than the main character. Your feedback is very insightful, and it inspires me to explore techniques where green takes the lead — like chlorophyll extractions, fermented herbs, or layered green sauces.
