That lemon mousse with peach filling doesn’t just sound delicious it looks flawless! The shape, the color, the texture… everything looks so carefully done. And the mirror plate with the mint leaves gives it a super pro finish.
Was it easy to work with the mold and achieve that realistic look? How did you feel about the flavor combo? Did you find a good balance between the sweetness of the peach and the tartness of the lemon?

Thank you so much for your beautiful words. This was my first attempt. I used a lemon-shaped mold, and I think it makes the process easier. I plan to make many more.
