They turned out absolutely perfect golden, with that lovely shine and such delicate scoring on top that they look straight out of a French pâtisserie. Truly flawless!
You can really tell you put a lot of care and attention into every detail. The shape, the finish, the color… everything is so well done. It’s so exciting to see results like this at the beginner level, because it shows not just talent, but also a real sensitivity for pastry work.
I’m sure they tasted just as amazing as they look. Congratulations on such a fantastic start! I hope you keep enjoying every bake and learning with that same passion. 😊-
