That focaccia looks golden and fluffy in all the right places! The shine from the olive oil, those deep dimples, and the even bake tell us you’ve nailed the hydration and proofing. The overhead photo helps us appreciate the texture—next time, try playing with angles or natural light to add depth and emotion to the shot.
What’s the #1 thing you look for in the perfect focaccia—crust, aroma, crumb or flavor? And if you had to pair it with a dish or drink, what would you go for?
Oh, and just so you know: for now, the video upload limit is 10MB, but we’re working on expanding that so you can share your full creative process soon 😊

That focaccia looks amazing! The even golden color and airy texture show you really nailed the fermentation and baking. Those dimples are beautifully defined it makes you want to tear off a piece by hand! I personally love dipping a slice of focaccia into pesto… such a great combo.
Did you add flaky salt or any special finishing touch before baking? We’d love to hear how the video turned out, even if you couldn’t upload it.

          Thanks for sharing your progress!
