Your presentation is very eye-catching, with vibrant colors and a variety of techniques that show great skill. The salmon parfait and the prawn ceviche with basil and ponzu look especially fresh and well balanced those tempura rolls look absolutely delicious too!
A small tip: you could try using a darker or more contrasting base in some of the plating to make certain ingredients stand out more visually, especially when working with light sauces or white elements like rice.
