¿Qué pasa cuando llegas fundido al viernes y con la nevera tiritando? Pues que improvisas una ensalada para cenar con cuatro cosillas… atún, huevo, tomate, alubias cocidas y nueces. Y tan rica. Eso si, ni fuerzas para emplatar tenÃa ya 🤷♀️

Cuando la nevera está en las últimas, pero el ingenio sigue intacto. Entre el atún, las alubias y el huevo, lograste un plato con buena proteÃna y textura, y las nueces seguro le dan ese toque crujiente inesperado.
Me encanta que resolviste la cena como un pro.😉
