    Galletas de Avena, Naranja y Chocolate.

    Ayer preparé estas galletas a las que aparte de añadirles zumo y ralladura de naranja les puse trocitos de naranja semi-confitada. Utilicé plantequilla y huevo de lino para hacerlas en versión vegana.
