Very well presented, very informative

This course was great and so was Martino Beria. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is some of the questions in the quiz come before the chapter for the country bread and pizza. The tests asked questions that were in the next lesson. Like for example, it asked questions about when to add seeds to your country bread in a test before it even got to that section. Same for country bread and pizza
