Pastry basics

Although some of the methodology contradicts what is taught on other courses, this is a good stable of basic pastry recipes. It presumes an amount of knowledge in the listener and would be made more useful if we were shown the various batters at more stages throughout, and if the methodologies in the recipes better matched the video content.
