Ok.

It’s ok to people who wants to learn simple Peruvian cuisine, I think he makes different mistakes when he’s cooking each one of the recipes… sometimes he seems annoyed while he’s cooking, also in the last two recipes you can notice two huge mistakes that he made as a chef.
1)mixed the sauce with the same spoon that he tasted it before.
2)He made an empanada dough, but obviously he didn’t use it
