Chef Bachour is very precise with his lectures, as always. It’s a very well explained course and he makes it very easy to understand each topic with a step by step approach. I enjoyed this course and my favorite is the Brownie Croissants. I learned a lot just by watching. I’m excited to use everything I gained in here. Will definitely recommend this to friends & family who wishes to learn this.
