EXCELLENT!!!

I follow Lluis Costa on Instagram and this is how I found Scoolinary. This course was FANTASTISTIC. Lluis explained everything so precise which is very much required for such a finicky dough. I am SO excited to try this recipe as a hobbyist baker. I will need to do some math to reduce the number of loaves but I can’t wait to incorporate his techniques!!!
