The “Manizan” plate is built upon three key elements:
1. Form of the grape cluster: A composition of fruits and spherical elements inspired by the organic form of grape clusters in the vineyards of Malayer Iran.
2. Flavor of molasses halva: A gentle, sweet taste base using molasses halva that acts as the flavor core of the plate.
3. Style inspired by the vine: A chocolate branch as the stem, edible leaves, silvered elements, and decorative textures enhance the visual appeal and flavor perception.

Congrats, Bahar! Your plate looks amazing! 🍇 The grape cluster with the chocolate branch is such a refined idea. I recently tried Greek halva and loved its sandy texture — is Iranian halva similar in that sense, or does it have a smoother bite?
