Hi Chef Kev! The contrast of the glossy salmon roe with the smoked salmon makes the plate pop. The balance of creaminess, smokiness, and that salty burst from the roe must be incredible. What inspired you to pair shoyu-marinated ikura with the English muffin base? Truly lovely dish
