Can you tell us a little more about your chicken? It looks cooked to perfection.

My chicken was grilled on a Ninja Sizzle Grill. On two I season with salt and pepper and Buffalo wing seasoning and Memphis BBQ sauce. On the other three I added Hot Jamaican jerk seasoning salt and pepper with garlic seasoning. I put them in the oven to complete the cooking at 380°F until thoroughly cooked and juice ran clear.

Hi Elizabeth! 👋 So great to see you back in action in a Challenge — from cookies to chicken, you’re showing real range! 🍗🍪
Grilling on a Ninja Sizzle Grill and finishing in the oven was a smart move to ensure doneness and keep the juiciness — and that glaze looks like it locked in so much flavor. The seasoning choices are bold and fun! Jamaican jerk vs. Memphis BBQ? That’s a flavor showdown we’d love to taste.
What helped you the most when deciding how to adapt the Furman-style technique to your home setup? And now that you’ve tried two challenges… which one pushed you further?
Keep those entries coming — it’s a joy to watch your journey! 🙌🔥1-
