Your focaccias look wonderful — the golden crust on the first one is super even and has a beautiful airy texture, and the second one is full of rustic charm, with those caramelized onions and vibrant tomatoes that really pop in the photo! The top view helps us appreciate the structure, but that angled close-up adds a nice dynamic to the presentation.
What are you hoping to gain from Scoolinary? And could you tell us more about your background as a culinary professional? Where are you based right now?
I visited Greece earlier this year and totally fell in love with its food — mousaka, feta, honey, ouzo… okay, basically everything 🤭
