When I design a menu, I usually start with the seasonal produce—it inspires both flavor and mood. From there, I think about which proteins or grains can highlight those ingredients best. Finally, I tie everything together with the overall feeling I want the guests to experience, whether that’s something cozy, refreshing, or celebratory.
