Sitting here whilst undertaking the 25 Classic Cocktails course I decided to partake in a little tipple purely for research and development. Here is my version of the classic Mojito Cocktail. Very refreshing!

Ingredients were as per recipe, although I forgot to garnish the cocktail. And its not served in the traditional glass but oh well, it tasted just fine thank you! 🙂
