How delightful, Ksenia! They look so soft and fluffy inside, and with that almond touch they must be irresistible. Are they very sweet, or do they have a more balanced flavor?

That sounds absolutely delightful—Bocconcini di mandorle are such charming little bites of almond bliss! Their tender interior paired with that subtle nutty sweetness makes them irresistible. I imagine a delicate outer shell giving way to a soft, melt-in-your-mouth center… like a hug in pastry form.
