Thank you. The core recipe was taken from Antonio Bachour and changed a bit. The Flancake was made according the recipe of Antonio Bachour with a little twick in design. The flower croissant turned out beautiful and tasty, I added only strawberry creamy as extra to make the texture even more soft and moist.
