What an elegant and beautifully presented dish, Kevin! I love the contrast of colors with the pomegranate and the freshness the asparagus brings. @sussan_scoolinaryteam Thank you, Sussan! I seared the tenderloin in a cast iron skillet, and then baked it in the oven, and kept checking it with an instant read thermometer.
