Great job, Arthur! Making macarons with white chocolate ganache is not easy at all, and they look really good. The “feet” can be a little tricky at the beginning, so don’t worry. One tip that might help is letting the shells rest a bit longer before baking, so a firmer skin forms on the surface. That usually improves both the shape and the macaron’s feet quite a lot. ☺️
