The bagel course says boil for 10 minutes in the recipe booklet but the video says 10 minutes which is it

Hi @Zen ! In the recipe book I found this:
“When the bagels have finished resting, add them, one at a time, to the simmering water for 1 minute per side.
● Remove each bagel with a spider tool, place onto the cookie cooling rack, and add your toppings as the bagels dry.
● Place the topped bagels onto your oven rack, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.”
