Does the ramen course have a certificate? Just finished it and cant seem to find it.

I reviewed your profile and I see that the Ramen course is only 80% completed.
Please remember that certificates can only be downloaded with a Premium subscription.
As our Scoolinar Betzabé mentioned, if you upgrade your subscription to Premium, you will be able to download them, but only from the Scoolinary website, as certificate downloads are currently not available through the app.

I’ve finished reviewing your course completion on the website. As my colleague Sol mentioned, you can only download the certificates with a premium subscription. Your current subscription is standard, so you would need to upgrade in order to download the certificates.

@soldamiani I’m very upset to hear this because I’ve paid in March of this year for one year. How can you say that?
I don’t understand what is going on but ive paid for my 1 year plan this was not mentioned anywhere that I would have issues with some courses and not others. Just last month I got certificate for the gelato course so your argument makes no sense.
As per contract law you cannot nullify my subscription ad hoc without notifying me

I can see from the screenshots you attached that you currently have an active Standard subscription. Please note that the Standard plan does not include the option to download certificates.
