      Oreo cheesecake from chef Elena Adell course !!! It is a must try along with the chocolate cheesecake and I would also love tips from other chefs and tell me where i could improve as well!

        So lovely to see your Oreo cheesecake! You can tell how much care you put into it, and the piping adds a really eye-catching touch. If you feel like experimenting, you could try using a slightly smaller piping tip to create a finer border that frames the cake more delicately. You might also play with the cookie placement maybe break them into halves or quarters to balance the top and let the cream texture shine through a bit more.

        • Your cheesecake looks very nice. My tip would be to roughly chop the biscuits used for the garnish and sprinkle on top, my thought’s are that the whole biscuit looks to big on top, you could even cut them in halves or even try to find the mini oreo’s (if they are still available), but this is just my opinion.
