They really look spot on! That garlic and herb butter looks amazing nicely distributed and gives the dish a beautiful shine. The golden edges add such a tasty touch. Next time, if you’re up for experimenting, you could sprinkle a bit of toasted breadcrumbs before baking for an extra crunchy layer without losing that juicy texture.

@kevin-godbee That’s awesome, Kevin! I love that you had it as lunch this time I’m sure it turned out delicious and super satisfying. When you try it with the breadcrumbs, let me know how it goes they add an extra crunch that’s hard to resist. And if you ever feel like adding a spicy kick or some cheese on top, I bet that would be amazing too.
