Thanks for sharing this beauty with us. The shrimp are perfectly breaded and evenly golden. The lime slices between each one not only add a fresh touch, they also bring visual order and a nice rhythm to the plate. And that little spoon with the sauce… so tempting!
Have you tried experimenting with other pickled veggies or swapping the citrus to see how it changes the final flavor? I’d love to know if this recipe is part of a course you’re currently taking with us.

@sussan_scoolinaryteam This is my recipe made by inspiration, but there is a similar course here, in which they show prawns in kataifi, I used a lemon breading and I made two pasts to make it very uniform. Thanks for the compliments, I always appreciate a few more suggestions🫶🏻
