The mix of textures looks amazing a well-defined base, creamy filling, and that glossy white chocolate glaze… wow!
The fruit is beautifully arranged too. Maybe next time you could add a pop of green? A few mint leaves might really bring out the vibrant colors of those berries even more.
But what truly surprised me (and I loved it!) is that you made it in a frying pan 😲. I’ve only ever seen cheesecakes done in traditional molds or aluminum rings, usually baked in the oven so this is pure genius.
Would you mind sharing some cooking tips for anyone who wants to try your version? What temperature did you use? How long did it take? I’m sure more than one person here will want to give it a go. Thanks so much for showing us such a creative take on the recipe!
Thanks for keeping the community inspired and sharing your cooking journey 💛-
@sussan_scoolinaryteam Simply I don’t have traditional molds, so pan was used ) As for cooking process – it is very similar to molds version ) Thanks!

Artur, that’s such a joyful take on cheesecake! 🫐 The glossy glaze and berry pattern are a total eye-catcher, and the texture contrast looks dreamy. Have you ever tried adding a citrus note or textural crunch to the base? It could elevate it even more! 🍰
