The base looks well-baked with a nice crackle. The white chocolate coating and dark drizzles create a great contrast. If you’re aiming for finer chocolate lines, using a piping bag with a very small tip can give you better control.
What kind of texture were you going for with these cookies: crispier or softer in the center?-

I was looking for them to be crisper but had a bit of a soft centre so not sure if I should have just baked them longer-

@ruaanprins It’s totally normal to struggle a bit with getting the exact baking time right at first. If you’re aiming for crunchier cookies, you could try baking them a couple of minutes longer next time, or simply leave them in the turned-off oven for a few minutes so they dry out a bit more without over-browning.
