      Sichuan Hot and Spicy Beef. Adapted from Sichuan Cuisine in Both Chinese and English, published in China in 2010 by the Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine and the Sichuan Gourmet Association. Adapted by The Mala Market.

      This is another super delicious one that is in the regular rotation. Featuring these imported from China ingredients – Facing Heaven Chilis, Er Jing Tiao Chilis, Sichuan Peppercorns, Caiziyou cooking oil, Shaoxing wine.

        That Sichuan spicy beef looks amazing!

        The glossy sauce, the veggie cuts, those vibrant colors… it all screams umami. You can really tell how much care you put into it and how you respect the authentic ingredients. That Caiziyou and those Facing Heaven chiles make all the difference!
