Thank you for sharing your Gambas Fra Diavolo what a burst of color and flavor on that plate! The shrimp look perfectly cooked, and the veggie sauté is really appetizing.
To take it up a notch, you could play around with a more structured plating maybe use a ring mold to shape the rice and let the shrimp shine on top.
What did you enjoy the most while preparing this recipe? The kick of the spice, the plating… or that very first bite?

@Sussan Estela Olaya this was just a quick picture before sitting down to dinner with my wife which is why I didn’t work on my plating.
I agree that using a ring mold for the riced cauliflower would have been a much better presentation. Maybe I will do that next time I make this for dinner.😀

@Sussan Estela Olaya this is a very satisfying homey dinner with some spice. Next time I will modify the recipe to use more chili flakes for a heat level more to my liking. I love that the riced cauliflower is a great low carb substitute for rice and makes this a very healthy dish.
