Thanks for sharing such a creative dish!
The chicken looks crispy and juicy, and those melon and watermelon balls not only add freshness but also bring a super cheerful visual touch!
Great choice to balance the heat with something sweet and refreshing. How did you manage the level of spiciness so it wouldn’t overpower the rest? That kind of balance isn’t always easy.
If you’re up for a second round, you might want to try using a more natural or softly textured background for your photo it could make the whole composition look even better than it already does.Keep cooking and exploring combos like this, you’re on a great path. We love seeing what comes out of your kitchen! 👏

@Sussan Estela Olaya I followed the recipe from the Scoolinary course on Fried Chicken by Two Chefs and a Knife. While spicy, this Nashville Hot Chicken is not as hot as my own Smoked Habanero Salsa! My wife and I love spicy foods! I will be making Shrimp Fra Diavolo over rices cauliflower for dinner tonight. I will try to remember to submit a photo of that dish.

@undefined How exciting that you’re working on the Two Chefs and a Knife Fried Chicken recipe! It’s great that you’ve found that balance with the flavors. It’s awesome that you and your wife enjoy those bold touches! I’m sure the Shrimp Fra Diavolo with cauliflower rice will turn out spectacularly, and I’d love to see how it comes out.
Thank you for sharing your dishes and energy with us, keep exploring and enjoying every recipe! 🙌

Taste explosion. What wine would you recommend 🍷🍷

@Ruaan Prins I would pair with a cool, crisp Chardonnay. Something to balance the heat of the chicken and the sweet of melons.

@Chris Goddard Brilliant I love Chardonnay
