      I’ve been using Ina Garten’s recipe for toasted coconut marshmallows for years. Few things beat freshly made marshmallows.

        Thank you for bringing us this delicate and beautifully presented treat. Those marshmallows look lovely! The toasted coconut gives them a visual texture that makes you want to grab one (or a few!). They look super neat and well-crafted.
        Totally agree freshly made marshmallows are on another level. Have you tried adapting them with any techniques from the courses? We’d love to see how you take them even further. Keep sharing, it’s a real pleasure to see your work!

        • @sussan_scoolinaryteam I definitely want to try to combine some of the flavour combinations from the courses (donuts, macarons and éclairs!) and incorporate it into marshmallows. I’ll experiment and see where I end up.
