Thank you for sharing your result, Natalia! It’s such a pleasure to see your first attempt at this apple minicake the presentation is really well done, and the glaze has a beautiful shine! You can tell there was a lot of care put into every detail, and the inside looks delicious as well.
If you keep practicing, you might want to focus a little more on the finish of the cut or the internal structure so it holds up even better—but for a first attempt, it’s an excellent job!

@Sol Damiani the most suprising step was that I did apples using basic semisphere mould. I dont have sphere one from the course, or a special apple like mould . It happens two halfs can be stiked and shaped with a fruit knife. Shaping apples was the most satisfying part 🙂 and dipping in glaze.
