      I’ve only made doughnuts a couple of times before, but these were my first try from Richard Bies’ course. I was a bit overwhelmed by the quantity and it was the hottest day of the year, but I was reasonably happy. I’ll need to try again, so keep a look out for the next post for improvements. However, my neighbours and the guys at work thought they turned out well 😋
