      A fresh and tasty salad. Sliced ​​grilled bread, sliced ​​grilled peach, red lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, tuna fillet in oil, and basil. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

      I used a square plate, but the plating was diamond-shaped, with the lines pointing toward one corner. The dish was served as pictured.

          What do you value most in a salad: harmony of flavors, texture play, or visual structure?

          • I always try to change my point of view. Life, job, photo. Why not on plating? Usually on square dish the food is oriented vertivally or orizontally. This time I’ve changed guiding from one cover to the opposite, in double direction. So you can choose starting from the bread and ending with a refreshing cucumber. In the opposite direction, from a fresh taste to a more consistent one.
