Your Hasselback looks amazing! The cuts are clean and even, with a beautiful golden crust. The crispy bacon and fresh scallions add great texture and color such a delicious combo!
Did you serve it with any sauce or side?
When I make this kind of potato, I usually brush it with spiced butter before baking to add an extra layer of flavor… did you do that too?

@Sussan Estela Olaya it was a side dish for rib eye steaks. I did not serve a sauce with it as O had brushed it with EVOO, butter, salt and pepper prior to baking.
