Hi there, Chef Stefano! 🌞 This photo radiates summer freshness! The contrast between the vibrant red background and the plate adds so much energy. I love how clean and structured your plating looks — the Caprese looks super juicy and the melon adds such a playful twist.
How do you usually decide on the color balance of your dishes? Do you plan it ahead or go with the flow?
You’ve been posting with consistency and lots of style. Congrats for that!
Keep sharing your creations, you’re building something unique! And hey, if you feel like spreading the love, post this on your stories and tag us at @Scoolinary_en💫-
@soldamiani Usually my wife and me decide what to eat. Only when it’s time to plate I check what other ingredients and dishes I have at home. Then I study the plating, the background and the photo.

@stefanomuscariello That’s such a great way to create—starting from a shared craving and turning it into a full visual and culinary experience!
It’s clear that once the dish is decided, you put real intention into the whole process—from plating to background to the final shot. That level of care really shines through in your posts.
Have you ever thought about documenting that behind-the-scenes process? I think a lot of people would love to see how your ideas evolve from kitchen to camera! 📸✨
